Group Details
- Meets every 3 weeks for six sessions
- Each session is 60 minutes
- Virtual – attend from the comfort of home
- For Adults
- $30 per session (Insurance accepted)
- This is a closed group, meaning the same group of people will meet each time. You won’t have to reintroduce yourself or your story each session—just a supportive space where you can build trust and connection over time.
